Please join us for this fun 3 month Pickleball SessionYou must register on-line. Sign in is at the front office before playing!There will be 4 people per court per session with 4 additional people allowed to sign up for rotation purposes.Max players for each session is 12If you’ve played any other kind of racket sport before whether it was tennis, ping pong or badminton you are already light years ahead. Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun filled program.  All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on bumping, setting, spiking, hitting and serving.  This program is designed for the beginning to intermediate player.
 
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM    Women's Volleyball Ages 18 & Up - Women's Volleyball
If fun and having a good time is your main objective, then you should definitely be involved in this program.

This youth and teen fitness program aims to provide today's young athletes with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in any sports setting.  Classes will consist of exercises and drills designed to improve muscular strength and function, speed and agility, and neuromuscular control, as well as reducing the risk of injury both on and off the field.  Athletes who join will not only see an increase in their physical abilities, but also in their abilities to overcome challenges and push past their own limits.

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a wiffle ball, with 26-40 round holes, over a net. For Ages 18 and up Parent Child Play is also available.There are only 8 people allowed in the gym at any time using the 2 courts.
