The pace is quicker, the music is more modern, and the movements are more deliberate. Movement is still low impact and light to moderate cardio.We do not sit in this class. These classes will give you the tools for solving problems such as housebreaking, chewing, mouthing, jumping and more. These classes will give you the tools for solving problems such as housebreaking, chewing, mouthing, jumping and more. Lessons will include teaching sit, down, come, stay, walk on loose lead, and interact with people without jumping. The goal is to teach your dog to be a polite family member. Advanced registration is required. No refunds are given for classes missed. Dogs are required to be vaccinated against rabies as per CT State Law. Please join Janis Copes, ABCDT from Escape the Crate, LLC for this informative 6 week course designed to help you, the handler, learn how to get the behavior you want from your dog using positive reinforcement techniques. These classes will give you the tools for solving problems such as housebreaking, chewing, mouthing, jumping and more. Lessons will include teaching sit, down, come, stay, walk on loose lead, and interact with people without jumping. The goal is to teach your dog to be a polite family member. Advanced registration is required. No refunds are given for classes missed. Dogs are required to be vaccinated against rabies as per CT State Law. Escape The Crate Beginner I Dog Training - Escape the Crate Session Beginner 1 Dog Training Thursday
Please join Janis Copes, ABCDT from Escape the Crate, LLC for this informative 6 week course designed to help you, the handler, learn how to get the behavior you want from your dog using positive reinforcement techniques. These classes will give you the tools for solving problems such as housebreaking, chewing, mouthing, jumping and more. Lessons will include teaching sit, down, come, stay, walk on loose lead, and interact with people without jumping. The goal is to teach your dog to be a polite family member. Advanced registration is required. No refunds are given for classes missed. Dogs are required to be vaccinated against rabies as per CT State Law. Vaccinations against distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and Bordetella are also recommended. Proof of Rabies vaccination is required prior to the first class. No dog will be allowed in class without up-to-date Rabies vaccination. Equipment required: Flat buckle collar or front clip harness (no choke, prong or e-collars allowed), 6 foot leash and yummy treats. MAX (4) DOGS ALL REGISTRATION FORMS AND CERTIFICATE OF RABIES MUST BE GIVEN TO THE PARK & RECREATION OFFICE BEFORE THE 1ST CLASS.
