You will need a mat & yoga block. Yin Yoga is a breath-based mindful movement practice that brings our body, breath and mind in the present moment. A mindful posture class that invites you to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance and grace. Poses might feel different and can be more challenging at times. This practice moves at a slow and dynamic pace. Holding poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose.
