High energy, Low impact cardiovascular conditioning dance fitness & aerobic workout lead by the funky rhythms & sing a long songs of Motown's 70s & 80s, creating an energetic and "Party Like Feeling"  across the floor, incorporating callisthenic and isometric exercises to enhance your strength, endurance and balance all in one!
