1. Demonstration of mixing pie dough - wrap and refrigerate
2. Students mix pie dough - wrap and refrigerate
3. Instructor demonstrates cutting apples and cooking filling for the group
4. Demonstration of making apple blossom, egg washing, and baking
5. Students make apple blossom, egg wash, and bake
6. Demonstration of making whipped cream
7. Demonstration of making strawberry coulis / filling squeeze bottle
8. Demonstration of plating dessert
9. Students plate desserts and enjoy
