Please join us for some fun-filled cooking classes at the Prospect Community Center.
If you sign up for all 4 classes a discount will be applied at checkout.

4. Instructor demonstrates measuring ingredients for banana pancakes recipe with volunteer students participating
5. Instructor demonstrates the proper mixing method for the chocolate chip banana pancakes recipe with volunteer students participating
6. Instructor prepares chocolate chip banana pancakes for class with volunteer students participating
7. Instructor prepares simple lemon glaze for the blueberry muffin recipe with volunteer students participating

Adult Cooking
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Eric has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry including hotels, catering, private schools, and culinary education. He is a ServSafe certified Food Protection Manager and a certified Foodservice Management Professional through the National Restaurant Association.
