Children's Cooking Class
Class 4 - Ready Set QUICK Breads
Each child must be accompanied by one adult guardian.

1. Instructor demonstrates accurately utilizing measuring cups and spoons

2. Instructor demonstrates measuring ingredients for blueberry muffin recipe
with volunteer students participating

3. Instructor demonstrates the muffin mixing method for the blueberry muffin
recipe with volunteer students participating - muffins to be baked

4. Instructor demonstrates measuring ingredients for banana pancakes
recipe with volunteer students participating

5. Instructor demonstrates the proper mixing method for the chocolate chip
banana pancakes recipe with volunteer students participating

6. Instructor prepares chocolate chip banana pancakes for class with
volunteer students participating

7. Instructor prepares simple lemon glaze for the blueberry muffin recipe
with volunteer students participating

8. Class to enjoy prepared food and participate in kitchen cleanup

About The Instructor:
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Eric has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry including hotels, catering, private schools, and culinary education. He is a ServSafe certified Food Protection Manager and a certified Foodservice Management Professional through the National Restaurant Association.
