About The Instructor:
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Eric has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry including hotels, catering, private schools, and culinary education. He is a ServSafe certified Food Protection Manager and a certified Foodservice Management Professional through the National Restaurant Association.
