Children's Cooking Class
Enjoy time with your child while immersing yourselves in the joy of cooking. Our interactive cooking classes will entertain and educate our junior chefs while offering a chance to taste new foods that are prepared in front of them. 

Each child must be accompanied by one adult guardian.

Class 1-Homemade Spinach Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

1.  Instructor demonstrates making pasta dough using food processor, enough dough will be made for the entire class, must rest in cooler.

2. Instructor demonstrates and prepares marinara sauce with volunteer students participating (to be used with cooked ravioli).

3. Instructor demonstrates and prepares ravioli filling with volunteer students participating.

4. Instructor demonstrates rolling pasta dough using KitchenAid mixer with attachments, volunteer students participate.

5.Instructor demonstrates filling and cutting ravioli, volunteer students participate.

6 Instructor demonstrates proper ravioli cooking and saucing, each team will sauce their ravioli under supervision of instructor.

7. Class to enjoy prepared food and participate in kitchen cleanup.

About The Instructor:
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Eric has worked in many areas of the hospitality industry including hotels, catering, private schools, and culinary education. He is a ServSafe certified Food Protection Manager and a certified Foodservice Management Professional through the National Restaurant Association.
