Participants will enjoy a combination of energizing music and a fun new cycling experience now offered by Prospect Parks and Recreation.  You are in charge of your workout, push yourself to the limit or ease back and enjoy a ride with your group. This exciting new addition to our program line up is available to beginners and all levels of experience.
