Yoga
You will need a mat & yoga. Slow flow Yoga is a breath-based mindful movement practice that brings our body, breath and mind in the present moment.  A mindful flow that invites you to practice slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance and grace.  Poses might feel different and can be more challenging.  This practice moves at a steady and dynamic pace.  Holding poses longer taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This class is for all levels.
