Total Body Pilates
Learn and apply the 5 basic pilates principles in this 45 minute mat pilates class. During the 8-week session you will learn the pilates practice incorporating the 5 principles of breath, pelvic placement, ribcage placement, shoulder girdle stability and head and neck placement.  All of these principles are important to pilates as well as every day movement.  This class will have you feeling stretched, strong and more flexible as the weeks go by.  You can improve your posture and your overall well-being by practicing pilates.
