BMA: Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu
Our Jiu Jitsu class will be offered starting at the introductory level for kids and will focus mostly on grappling basics and ground mobility (rolls, shrimping, etc.).  Just like our other classes, each week will start with stretching and exercise for about 10 minutes.  Then, students will participate in our ground warmup and/or game, before finally learning and practicing our main skill(s) for that day.  Students will learn important and useful skills for both self-defense and for protection when falling, as well as increasing their confidence, strength, and flexibility.
