HIIT FIT
HIIT is a cardiovascular conditioning program for all fitness levels, and for all ages. These are timed sessions of energetic moves for cardiovascular conditioning followed by a timed recovery session, example: 20 seconds jumping jacks, (from low impact no jumping, to high)
followed by 10-20 seconds rest, and so on.
Always begin with a warm up routine, and end with an appropriate cool down, stretch, and breathing techniques.
