Senior Get Fit Class
(Seniors at all fitness levels. Work at your pace and ability.)
This 45 minute
 class is a combination of low intensity cardio, strength training (light weights), stretching and toning all set to music from the 50's and 60's!


This is a great class to add to your current activities and is meant for all Seniors at all fitness levels.  Most of the class is done standing.  There are a few times we sit and work with the weights while sitting in a chair. This is a fun class that will leave you energized and feeling strong!


Bring light hand weights and water to each class.

There will be a minimum of 6 people for this class.
