STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, BALANCE & BREATHE
You will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, & light weights optional. This class is designed with poses that are challenging (to your level) but not harmful but gentle. This practice uses stretch and balance in a cooperative way to build strength & flexibility. This class is extremely helpful for both men and women over 50 wanting more mobility! Practicing mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals your body sends in areas of pain, discomfort and imbalances. Combining all aspects with breathe will improve the overall condition of the body in balance, flexibility, strength and mindfulness.
