Yoga pose.
This program will be at the Community Center and on ZOOM.  For Oct 13th and Nov 3rd it will be on ZOOM only as the Prospect Community Center will not be available due to Columbus Day on Oct 13th and voting on Nov 3rd. There will be no make-ups for in house.  You must go on-line for the classes above.

You will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, & light weights optional.  This class is designed with poses that are challenging (to your level) but not harmful but gentle. This practice uses stretch and balance in a cooperative way to build strength & flexibility.  This class is extremely helpful for both men and women over 50 wanting more mobility! Practicing mind-body connection to help you survey your internal self and listen to signals your body sends in areas of pain, discomfort and imbalances.  Combining all aspects with breathe will improve the overall condition of the body in balance, flexibility, strength and mindfulness.
