Arthritis stretch, strengthen, balance flow yoga
You will need a mat & yoga block ( light weights recommended but not required). Slow Arthritis flow is a breath-based mindful movement practice that takes into account those stiff joints. A mindful flow that invites you to practice mindful movements by slowing down and moving with more awareness, balance and grace. Poses might feel different and can definitely be more challenging. But not painful or uncomfortable. This practice moves at a slow but somewhat steady and dynamic pace. Holding poses longer, repeating poses 2-3 times, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This all level class is for everyone wanting movement, stability & balance.
